Except for disclosures pursuant to law or legal process or in the special cases noted above, when we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will ask such third parties to keep the information confidential and to use the information only for the purpose provided and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Non-personally identifiable information, including health related and non-health related aggregated data, may be disclosed to third parties for a variety of purposes, including improving the content of our sites, the services we offer you and promoting Gooxu.com® and Gooxu.com®'s products.


Disclosure to Subsidiaries

Gooxu.com® may disclose your information to entities wholly-owned by us. Any information provided to such entities will be treated by those entities in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.


Disclosure to Service Providers, Operations and Maintenance Contractors

Sometimes we hire companies to help us deliver products or services, like our fulfillment house that sends you our products or special offers or a service provider that may send you other communications from us, including e-mail communications from us. In those instances, we need to share your information with them. Access to your personal information by these companies is limited to the information reasonably necessary in order for them to perform such functions. These companies are allowed to use your personal information only to deliver the coupon/product or service.

Also, sometimes our operations and maintenance contractors have limited access to your information in the course of providing products or services to Gooxu.com® These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services and/or content related to the better maintenance and operation of our sites.
